Microsoft will finally add Teams to its online store

San Francisco, April 26 (Eance): Users will soon be able to download Microsoft Teams from its online store that comes built right into Windows, according to an update from the company.

Microsoft’s Work Communications and Collaboration app was not yet available in its own store.

Download it from the web or install it along with the rest of Office 365.

Under the new roadmap, Teams will be available in the Store next month for Windows 10 and 11, The Verge reports.

The version of Teams for Windows 10 will be able to be used with personal, work and school accounts, while version 11 will only be for work and school accounts.

The company previously promised Teams in its store when it introduced a redesign of the Microsoft Store.

In an effort to make Microsoft Teams files easier for users to access, the tech giant is also set to add a “Your Teams” section to OneDrive.

Microsoft recently announced that Teams will support integration with LinkedIn that allows users to view their teammates’ profiles in one-on-one chats.

Users can access LinkedIn profiles in Teams without connecting to their LinkedIn and Microsoft accounts.
