Microsoft has now released an update, Microsoft Process Advisor, to the company’s robotic process automation and cloud integration platform, Microsoft Power Automate RPA, reports Venture Beat.
Robotic process automation, RPA, is about automating routine administrative tasks using software robots.
Microsoft Process Advisor then provides the ability to save processes that can then be used for further analysis or as a template to create better automation.
The update is intended to help Microsoft’s strategy to scale up Power Automate beyond RPA to the broader hyper-automation market.
– The idea of automating automation is at the heart of our strategy, says Stephen Siciliano, Microsoft’s product manager for Microsoft Power Automate, to Venture Beat, and continues:
– Microsoft’s goal is to contribute with an automation platform that can be used by anyone. From business users to IT developers.
Microsoft announced in connection with its Build 2021 conference that Microsoft Process Advisor is now publicly available.
