New York, Jan 25 (EFE).- Microsoft is experiencing network configuration problems that may affect “any user” who uses Microsoft 365 services, including email and the Teams application, as reported this Wednesday via Twitter.

“We have isolated the problem to a network configuration issue and we are analyzing the best mitigation strategy to address it without causing additional impact,” the company reported after 10:00 a.m.

Microsoft had announced more than an hour earlier that it was investigating issues affecting various Microsoft 365 services.

Among them, the company confirms that the impact is happening in Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Outlook, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Graph, PowerBi and Microsoft 365 Admin Center, but “it is not limited to them”.

The Downdetector page, which monitors in real time the incidents that are registered in the main technology companies, reflects how the incidents began to be registered shortly before 9:45 a.m.

In addition, Microsoft has become a trend on Twitter, with more than 82,000 messages from users expressing incidents when using the services, such as exchanging messages or joining calls. EFE
