My experience is that it is not fluent. Yes, you can play simple games with it if they don’t have a lot of “action”, like tactical games, platformers, or sim games ala Crusader Kings, but any game with action quickly becomes a pixelated mess with delays, glitches, and laggy inputs.

Games like Hades, Forza Horizon 4, any shooter, it’s just not good enough with Xbox Game Cloud.

It is possible, by the way, I used Geforce Now in the beta period (because it’s free with Shield) and that was more than doable, good quality, input lag was tolerable, etc. But Xbox doesn’t reach that level at the moment.
