Microsoft Removes These 10 Features from Windows 11, Skype to Cortana

Here are the new features of Windows 11

Microsoft officially launched the operating system Windows 11 which brings new designs and features.

Now Windows 11 brings a centralized Start menu to the ability to run Android applications.

1. Live Tiles will no longer be available in the Start menu. Also, anything the user pins in the Start menu will not opt-in and the user will not be able to resize it yet.

2. No more tablet mode and Windows 10 light S mode will only be available on Windows 11 Home.

3. Cortana is no longer part of the boot experience and will not be pinned to the taskbar.

4. Skype is one of those applications that is no longer included in new OS installations.

However, this change is not too surprising, considering Microsoft Teams will be directly integrated in Windows 11.

5. Microsoft no longer includes Paint 3D and 3D Viewer in the installation.

6. OneNote will also not be included in the installation. However, the above applications that are not available in the application are not lost forever, users can still download them from Microsoft Store if you want.

7. Users can no longer pin the taskbar to any side of the screen. Taskbar can only be aligned to the bottom in Windows 11.

8. Internet Explorer is disabled. Microsoft Edge is the recommended replacement and includes IE Mode.

9. Timeline deleted. Several similar functions are available in Microsoft Edge.

10. Quick Status of Lockscreen and related settings removed.
