Microsoft Removes Mention of 60 FPS and Other Features from Redfall Game Page

Company Microsoft until recently mentioned support for 60 frames per second in Redfall on the game page in the store Xbox Store. The portal Twisted Voxel drew attention to this.

According to viewing the archived copy of the page, the game was originally promoted in the store with the option “60 FPS+“, but after a recent announcement from the developers, the company has edited the page to remove the mention of 60 fps for the console versions of the game.

In addition, the mention of a number of other features that were present earlier disappeared from the game page, including variable refresh rate and keyboard and mouse support on consoles.

Recently, the creators of Redfall confirmed that 60 FPS performance mode will appear in console versions only after releasewhile at the start the game will be limited 30 fps with permission 4K on Xbox Series X and 1440p on Xbox Series S.

The project will be released May 2.
