Microsoft (MS) has released a July 2023 preview of the Windows Subsystem for Windows 11 Android (WSA).
In this July preview, improved camera compatibility improved the experience of using Android apps that require camera access, and the full screen mode was also significantly updated. A mouse hover taskbar is displayed in full screen mode using the F11 key to enhance the mouse and touch experience.
Local networking was also introduced in the advanced settings. This feature replaces “advanced networking” and allows Android apps to connect to devices on the same network on all Windows versions, respect Windows Firewall rules, and work with VPNs.
