Email wasn’t really made for that

I always cringe when I see decent customer inboxes.

Recently an electrician who is growing faster than he could have ever imagined (5+ people employed), sits there with his 1000 subfolders in a slow, cumbersome email environment because it can’t handle it. Didn’t even know such systems existed and immediately went to look at it because it was a mess on all levels.

Depending on your type of business and needs, there are numerous systems that allow you to work much more clearly/efficiently. Think of a ZoHo, Odoo, EasyRedmine, or one of the many specifically aimed at certain sectors (construction soft, skarabee for real estate, Fugue for vets, …)
