Announced in January this year The acquisition of Activision Blizzard by Microsoft seems to be going according to plan. At least that was stated by the vice president of the board of the latter company, Brad Smith, in an interview with a Belgian business newspaper Litter (via VGC).
The process is moving fast, at least for an acquisition of this magnitude. We received requests for information about him from Brussels, but also from London and Washington. We answer questions and provide the requested information.
