Forms itself cannot be linked to that many things, but you can use Power Automate to read Forms and then link it to everything.
For example, I know a company that arranges applications for rights via Forms. Applicant fills out form, triggering Power Automate, which sends an email to the owner of the resource filled in on the form (mailbox, directory, application etc). The owner will then be given the option to grant or not to grant the rights in the email via vote buttons.
Power Automate is part of the Microsoft Power Tools (Power Apps, Power Bi, Common Data Service and Power Virtual Agents) and they already have 250 connectors (Twitter, Facebook, Salesforce and much more) as standard, but you can also just use a custom connector using an API from AFAS or Exact Online, for example.
