Microsoft announced the launch of their artificial intelligence (AI) system in a platform called Windows Copilot. Later, Windows Copilot will be available on the Windows 11 operating system.
The launch of Windows Copilot was announced directly by Microsoft on their official website, Thursday (21/09/2023). This AI from Microsoft will be available on all devices with the Windows 11 operating system starting September 26 2023.
“Today we are taking steps to combine all our capabilities into a new experience that we call Microsoft Copilot, AI that will accompany your daily life,” explained Microsoft on its official website.
Windows Copilot is a combination of Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Office 365 and GitHub. The function of Windows Copilot here is to make users’ work easier by interconnecting the three platforms in one system that can be navigated with AI to increase user productivity.
Users can enter commands in the form of work data or what the user is currently doing into Windows Copilot and the AI system will immediately provide assistance steps.
Microsoft claims that Windows Copilot gets 150 new features and will be its most ambitious AI project yet. Windows Copilot will also be integrated with other Microsoft applications such as Paint, Photos, Clipchamp and several other applications.
That way, users can also do commands to Windows Copilot to help work related to the application.
Microsoft released an initial version of Microsoft Copilot which they launched last July. At the launch of the initial version, Microsoft said that this feature could be accessed by adding 30 USD or around Rp. 461 thousand.
