Microsoft Launches Reading Coach: AI Tool for Children’s Reading Practice

We can see that in the past, Microsoft has always developed various tools that use artificial intelligence, such as Copilot or Bing AI. The latest is Reading Coach, an AI for children to practice reading English.

The Reading Coach is a Generative AI that helps children experience reading in a more fun and personal way. In addition to choosing an existing story, students can also create their own story format by choosing an appropriate theme, story line, setting, and reading level.

When the story is finished We can start reading now. A microphone picks up sound to assess reading and suggest words to practice.

Microsoft has several layers of protection in place to make sure the stories it creates are appropriate for children. It will be filtered for quality, safety, and age appropriateness.

Reading Coach also has a system for accumulating points and unlocking new scenes, characters, or stories that will make reading easier. Not too boring

If you want to try it out, you can try Reading Coach for free at coach.microsoft.com.
