A year ago, Microsoft dropped its major venture Mixer, which was an attempt to compete with the Amazon-owned platform Twitch, popular with especially players around the world who use the service alongside their gaming.
But Microsoft has not let go of the idea of having its own platform for players, and is now said to be interested in buying Discord, according to sources to Bloomberg.
