I think this is rather an assumption.
Windows 11 must work on all devices with ever more diverse configurations in an increasingly demanding market. You can never please everyone, but Windows 11 isn’t all that bad right now.
However, things could be better and Microsoft could do more to understand customer wishes. I’ll grant you that, but people are getting more and more demanding and that doesn’t help much. They fixed it and now new bugs will come out. This is Windows and this is Windows.
I highly doubt it looks like Vista. You could make Vista slower, but not fast, and Windows 11 is really fast.
Not all games have been touched. I have 7 games running here that are doing well and this update won’t make any difference
I wouldn’t like to be in the shoes of a big software company because it never gets done right. Note that Windows 10 could also be quite buggy in the first few years. Even the much loved Windows XP wasn’t as good as it might have you believe in its early years. The beta was horror, yet everything worked.
Of course you can think whatever you want, but that doesn’t mean it’s true. Windows 11 is relatively young.
The only beta that worked really well was Windows 2000, until you started working with images. So the fun was over and the system rebooted itself.
I think it’s still too early to make a definitive guess about Windows 11.
