Microsoft Defender with new look and feel and central management appears in Store – Computer – News

My mom and my sister only have Defender on their computers.

Especially nice with my mother, she doesn’t like other free alternatives and then I can always travel back and forth because “the laptop doesn’t work well” and she doesn’t want a paid one.

It works, but I sometimes find Defender too quiet in the background, there turned out to be a virus on her laptop and the only reason I found out was because I noticed that when browsing that thing was considerably louder (because of constant 100% load)

But it does work, is not intrusive but sometimes just too quiet, because if something goes wrong I want to know immediately.
