Closed following the coronavirus crisis, Microsoft stores will not reopen.
Microsoft has just announced the closure of all of its physical stores established around the world. A decision that we could expect, the success was not particularly there, unlike the Apple Store, the Apple stores that inspired Microsoft ten years ago. But the coronavirus crisis has certainly precipitated the closure of Microsoft Stores, after several years of mixed success.

In its statement, the American company explains how its teams provided remote customer service and technical support for small businesses and other customers during containment. More than 14,000 workshops were organized to train companies and teachers in teleworking and learning software.
