The Minister of Transport, Juan Carlos Muñoz; and the Minister of Health, Ximena Aguilera, began a bivalent vaccination operation against Covid-19 at a Subus company terminal in Central Station.
Public transport drivers received vaccination, within the framework of promoting inoculation in drivers and the population.
Minister Juan Carlos Muñoz said on the occasion that, “within this campaign that begins with the most exposed target groups, with the most risks; one of them is also the transport sector, people who are exposed to the possibility of of getting infected.”
It is for this reason that “we are interested in giving them early protection,” said the head of Transport.
The operation is carried out with the support of a Minsal vaccine truck, which will also reach the communal territories.
