“Squirrels have taken on a whole new meaning for the police,” the Grand Blanc Township Police Department writes sin Facebook-side.
On Friday last week, police in the Grand Blanc in the state of Michigan had to come to the rescue. It was about life, but not human life.
One person had reported a cluster of squirrels, which were to be tied together in each other’s tails.
The incident has been reported by several local media, including the radio station WCRZ and MLive.

When the police arrived at the scene, they saw seven squirrel cubs at the bottom of a tree. Their tails had twisted and prevented them from moving freely.
The police’s theory is that their tails probably twisted while they were in the nest. As they have grown, the space has become too small and the weight too large, and the nest has finally given in.
