The herbs are currently being harvested and canned in the garden around the Grandhotel Victoria-Jungfrau Spa to spice up the “menu vo hie” in winter. There were two new Michelin stars, one traditional and one green, for Stefan Beer, executive chef at the Grand Hotel. “The green star is also for all of our producers, farmers, hunters, fishermen, butchers, breeders, cheesemakers, dairy farmers and vegetable growers,” says the top chef.
