According to our information, the head of the Seasons at Ecully, Davy Tissot, is on his way to Paris, to attend the Michelin Guide ceremony which begins at 4.30pm on Monday.
It smells very good for this best worker in France and representative of France in the Bocuse d’Or Europe.
■ Auberge de Collonges loses one of its three stars
The news was like a bomb on January 16: Auberge du Pont-de-Collonges, Paul Bocuse’s restaurant in Collonges-au-Mont-d’Or, will lose its 3rd star in the Michelin Guide 2020.

50 restaurants in France have received the “label” according to the awards announced this Monday morning in The Parisian.
Only one is in the Rhône: it is the Prairial restaurant, in the 1st arrondissement of Lyon.
