“Pensieri e Partole” is a single by Lucio Battisti published in 1971 and was immediately a great success, not only for the lyrics but also for the revolutionary arrangements at the time and Battisti himself recorded the single with high level musicians with three great musicians of a legendary Italian rock group like Pfm (Premiata Forneria Marconi), such as the drummer Franz Di Cioccio, the guitar of Franco Mussida and the keyboard of Flavio Premoli. With them the late Alberto Radius of Formula 3 and on the Hammond organ a well-known name like Dario Baldan Bembo and finally Damiano Dattoli on bass, and who not everyone knows but was the musical author of a legendary song of Italian music which is “Io vagabondo” by Nomadi.
