Rent instead of villa: Michael Wendler sold his house for a profit

Michael Wendler’s creditors in Germany have even feared fleeing to Brazil. Because there was an arrest warrant against the singer because he did not appear on several court dates.

However, Laura Müller and Michael Wendler currently only rent the Babcock Ranch. For a whopping 6,300 euros a month. In return, the couple even get 30 square meters more than before, a larger garden and their own pool. It is not known how long the lease will run.
