Manchester City have won the Premier League three seasons in a row. Arsenal just finished runners up last season.
“Can’t wait for the Premier League next week. However, very sad to read that the game will last more than 100 minutes due to extra time issues. Hopefully there is a solution,” tweeted Michael Owen.
