Michael Halstenberg has worked in ministries at state and federal level for over 20 years, most recently as department head in the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development. He has been working as a lawyer since 2009, since 2022 for the law firm Franßen & Nusser, advising manufacturers of construction products and their associations on questions of legally secure market access and product liability. He accompanies real estate companies’ construction projects and advises ministries on technical construction law issues.
