Michael Fassbender’s Car Crashes Again at 24 Hours of Le Mans Race

A video of the accident shows that several employees who are behind the fence have to jump away. The car has been officially withdrawn from the race. Proton Racing, the team for which Fassbender drives, says on Twitter that it is disappointed.

Last year it also went wrong with the driver. Then he crashed no less than three times and eventually finished in 51st place. “A dream that turned into a nightmare,” said Fassbender at the time, who said he had dreamed of racing since he was a little boy. At the 24 Hours of Le Mans in the French town of the same name, the teams must drive as many laps as possible in 24 hours.
