Asked by Gazeta.pl. for the charge’s comment, Durczak replied:
I think that there will come a moment when the interested person himself, i.e. Michał, will speak on this matter. For now, however, I prefer him to be involved in creative work and not waste time or energy on bad emotions.
So we asked for a comment also to the Musicart agency, which until the end of 2019 dealt with Szpak’s career. His former manager, Jacek Jastrowicz, in a statement sent to our editorial office, wrote, inter alia: “He did not create any composition, nor did he write the text of any song that appeared on the albums recorded by him. Not being a songwriter, he had no rights to them. and therefore the information that he was deprived or lost of them is completely false. “
The singer himself, as Durczak announced, has not yet spoken to the media, but for the first time since the emergence of reports on these problems, he posted an entry on social media. The black and white clip shows Starling sitting by the fire. At one point, he throws the mask into the fire, and then releases the stack onto the lake, which may evoke a farewell ritual. Let’s add that on the mask you can read phrases such as: “you are a hero”, “dreamer”, “stronger” or “sweet cherry” – the titles of songs sung by him. The comment made on the post reads:

Let us remind you that “Color of your life” is the title of the song released in 2015, the song was composed by Andy Palmer, and the text was written by Kamil Varen. It was the fourth single from the album “Byle się się” by Szpak. Three years later, the album “Dreamer” appeared on the market.
