The Government of Toluca (Mexico) wants to form a network of Toluca residents abroad and is campaigning to connect with countrymen living in the United States, particularly Michigan and northern Ohio.
In a message disseminated through the social networks of these Midwest states, the Toluca City Council calls to register the natives of that municipality who, for work or academic reasons, are part of the original diaspora of Toluca, the state capital from Mexico.
