Mexico accumulates 4,000 cases for the second consecutive day

The SSa report details that the majority of cases occur among women, with an incidence of 20.1%; however, deaths are more common among men, with a 62% prevalence.

In the last five weeks, most of the cases are present in the groups of 18 to 29 years, followed by the group of 30 to 39 years and 40 to 49 years.

On the other hand, the 10 entities with the most accumulated confirmed cases are: Mexico City, State of Mexico, Nuevo León, Guanajuato, Jalisco, Tabasco, Puebla, Veracruz, Sonora and San Luis Potosí, which together make up 66% of all accumulated cases registered in the country.

In addition, there are 13,472 suspected deaths from COVID-19 including those pending by laboratory and those in the process of association.
