MEXICO CITY, June 26 (EL UNIVERSAL).- The Mexican National Team began the Gold Cup perfectly, beating Honduras 4-0. This meeting marked the debut of Jaime Lozano as interim coach of the national team.
The result not only surprised the fans, but also Ricardo LaVolpe, who worked as an analyst for TUDN and in his comments insinuated that the soccer players would have “made a bed” for Diego Cocca so that he would be fired.
“I see this victory, how Mexico played and I ask myself: How so? Are they the same in the team? It makes you think, I know that the arrival of another coach motivates, but not so much,” said LaVolpe.
