Ciudad Juárez – The Secretariat of National Defense handed over this afternoon to the State Attorney General’s Office the weapons of a platoon that is involved in the massacre of a group of migrants.
Militants from the Ninth Regiment went to the State Attorney General’s Office in the Northern Zone to deliver at least 12 assault rifles, chargers and munitions.
The platoon is not identified but it was revealed that its elements will also be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office.
The Crimes against Life Investigation Unit received the weapons and has one soldier at its disposal, while another deserted.
