The Mexican Juan Sillas Rocha pleaded guilty in federal court, 12 years after being accused of charges related to the distribution of drugs by the Arellano Félix cartel, reported this Friday the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement Service (ICE).
Sillas Rocha, 45, was charged in court in Fargo, North Dakota, on charges related to drug distribution and conspiracy to commit murder.
The Mexican, born in the border city of Tijuana, had been accused in March 2011 of three drug trafficking offenses related to the operations of the Arellano Félix cartel (also called the Tijuana cartel) in North Dakota.
