Mexican actress Angélica María Vale Hartman reveals her weight loss journey and the treatment that finally worked

After years of struggling with her weight, Mexican actress Angélica María Vale Hartman, 47, revealed how she managed to lose weight.

As the actress explained, she found a doctor who “hit the nail on the head” for the treatment she needed beyond good nutrition.

“I’ve been on the diet for years and it didn’t do anything for me, I think my doctor finally got the hormonal treatment that I had been asking for 9 years ago,” Vale explained to questions from the press. “With my children they gave me hormones and that made me gain… If I had eaten it, then you would shut up and lose weight, but here it wasn’t that,” he added.

“I ate three heads of lettuce and I didn’t lose a kilo and I said why, what is this, this is very strange…” he commented. “It took 9 years of searching and searching until I think I achieved it,” she added.

Currently, the daughter of the Mexican singer and actress Angélica María and the Mexican comedian of Venezuelan origin Raúl Vale, is one of the protagonists of the musical Grease in Mexico.

On Sunday, the musical reached 100,000 viewers and among the guests was the actress Aracely Arámbula with her children.
