Meutya Hafid said that the voice of the minister’s prayer was loud due to the strain of Hercules’ climb

Minister of Communications and Digital (Menkomdigi) Meutya Hafid tells about the moment the ministers of the Red and White Cabinet boarded the plane C-130J Super Hercules Indonesian Air Force left for Military Academy, Magelang, Central Java (Central Java). Meutya heard many ministers praying loudly.

Meutya said that the ministers had landed at Adi Sutjipto Airport, Yogyakarta, at around 14.45 WIB, Thursday (24/10/2024). Meutya revealed that many ministers had loud prayers during the flight.

“Yes, all the ministers went to Adi Sutjipto with Hercules. We are on land. Thank God. I heard many people praying very loudly, he-he,” Meutya told reporters.

Meutya said that all ministers left without companions or assistants. The Golkar politician also said that many ministers were strict, including the Minister of the ATR / BPN, Nusron Wahid.

“Totally without helpers or companions. There were many (they were strict). Next to me, Nusron Wahid did not stop praying,” he said.

Unlike her, Meutya was able to sleep during the flight on the Super Hercules. Meutya said this was not her first time on a Hercules flight.

“Thank God I was able to sleep. When I was a journalist I had already been to Aceh. However, this is the newest Hercules C-130J aircraft, which arrived in Jakarta only on- last year,” he said.

Meutya said that when they arrived in Yogyakarta, all the ministers went directly to the Military Academy, Magelang. Ministers use buses, not private vehicles.

“Currently, all ministers and heads of institutions traveling to Magelang are on shared buses, no one drives privately,” he said.

As is known, ranks of the Red and White Cabinet went to Military Academy, Magelang, to go through meetings from President Prabowo Subianto. Ministers and ministerial-level officials boarded a C-130J Super Hercules aircraft, while deputy ministers boarded an Indonesian Air Force Boeing aircraft.
