A 28-year-old individual had no choice but to notify the emergency services while he was on the floor in front of Nancy prison and unable to get up.
The latter was seriously injured while trying, in the night from Monday to Tuesday, to project packages for one or more inmates in the enclosure of the Nancy-Maxéville penitentiary center. reports L’Est Républicain.
