A local woman met on the spot this Sunday morning, says she heard four or five mortar shots “with a particularly loud noise”, near the rue Michel-Lacroix.

Not a “real attack” according to the police

Two mortar tubes were still lying in front of the entrance to the police station this Sunday and one on the side.

The police confirmed the projectile fire, specifying that it was not a “real attack”.

In recent weeks, the town has experienced urban violence which has given rise to arrests.
