The Rhône and the Métropole de Lyon are among the areas mobilized to support the people furthest from digital technology and fight against illectronism. Supported by the association Interconnected , they are part of the experimentation of a Territorial Coordination for Digital Inclusion (CTIN) which provides for the deployment of France Services digital advisers. The professionals in question will be recruited, trained, financed by the France Relance plan and hired by the communities.
50 for the Métropole de Lyon
The budget allocated by the State is 9.5 million euros, including 2.5 million for the Métropole de Lyon with 50 advisers and 750,000 euros for the Rhône Department and its 15 advisers. These support professionals will be responsible for organizing digital initiation workshops for residents and empowering them to exchange with their loved ones, monitor their children’s schooling online, control their personal data, create their CV, check information. information… etc.
Ultimately, 4,000 advisers and a budget of 250 million euros will be devoted to the France Relance plan in favor of digital inclusion throughout the territory.
