One of the most notable announcements at the Nintendo Direct was that theGame Boy and Game Boy Advance added to Nintendo Switch Onlinesubscription service. With a curated selection of handheld classics, the service already has plenty to delight nostalgic gamers as well as those who are just getting closer to gaming’s golden age for the first time.
Nintendo has announced that the catalog will continue to add games in the coming months, and today we learned the next game to enter the GBA’s collection, and it’s not small, because it’s Metroid Fusion, yes.
Building on the massive popularity of the series after the fantastic Metroid Prime Remastered and Metroid Dread (of which Metroid Fusion is also a direct prequel), tells the story of how Samus Alan was infected with Metroid DNA by an X parasite on planet SR388 The title will be available via the Nintendo Switch Online+ expansion pack on March 9.
