Former Deputy Director of Criminal Investigation of the Jaya Metro Police AKBP Jerry Raymond Siagian sentenced to disgraceful dismissal (PDTH) for not being professional in handling reports related to the killing of Brigadier Joshua. Polda Metro Jaya respects the decisions made in the ethical process of the Police.
“There is a decision of the PTDH passed down to Mr. former Deputy General Manager of Polda Metro Jaya Brother Jerry Siagian, in this case the attitude of the Polda Metro Jaya is to give it back to the person concerned. Because in the decision there is also the right to appeal, “said Polda Metro public relations chief Jaya Kombes Endra Zulpan on Monday (9/12/2022) at the police headquarters in Metro Jaya, Jakarta.
Zulpan said his party also respects AKBP Jerry’s decision to appeal the PTDH’s decision. In addition, Polda Metro Jaya will provide legal assistance.

AKBP Jerry Appeals
Former Deputy General Manager of Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Jerry Raymond Siagian received the dishonorable dismissal (PTDH) sanction from the national police for having proved unprofessional in handling the reports relating to the murder case of Brigadier Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat (Brigadir J). AKBP Jerry appealed the decision.
“Against this decision, the offenders have filed an appeal,” Penum Divhumas Polri Kombes head Nurul Azizah said Monday (9/12/2022) at a press conference in his office, Jl Trunojoyo, Jakarta.
Nurul said Jerry’s AKBP trial was conducted for about 12 hours. The trial started on Friday (9/9) and ended on Saturday morning (9/10).
“From 18.45 WIB, until 06.15 WIB, about 12 hours and 3 minutes in the classroom of the Divpropam Polri TNCC Building, 1st Floor, Polri Headquarters,” he said.
