WHEN: FRIDAY March 12, 2021 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM – NOTE: PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED (see link below to register)
WHERE: The Former Avenue Store at The Methuen Loop in between Marshalls and Olympia Sports.
Please note that Vaccines will ONLY be administered to those who schedule an appointment through the city’s self-sign up link here:

The state website has experienced some technical difficulties and may redirect you to an incorrect page or an error message after completing the registration rather than a confirmation page. If you get a confirmation email, you are registered and there is no need to book another appointment.
The clinic is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, for those eligible to receive the vaccine per Massachusetts guidelines. If you have, any questions regarding your eligibility please visit: https://www.mass.gov/info-details/massachusetts-covid-19-vaccination-phases. For those receiving a vaccine on Friday, March 12th you MUST be able to receive your second vaccine on Friday, April 9th at the Loop at the same time of day as your first shot.

Volunteers should be comfortable speaking on the phone or in person, and have a helpful demeanor and personality. There are many ways you can help.
