The General Authority of Meteorology revealed that a state of instability will occur in weather conditions in most parts of the country, accompanied by rain of varying intensity, sometimes thundery, and wind activity in some areas, starting next Monday.

Meteorology said, in a statement on Facebook, that the weather condition next Monday will witness moderate rain that may be thundery at times, with an incidence of 40 to 50%, on areas of the northern coasts, northern Lower Egypt, northern Upper Egypt, the Gulf of Suez, Sinai, the Canal cities, and the Red Sea mountain ranges, on… Intermittent periods.

The authority explained that there is light to moderate rain and sometimes thunderstorms, with an incidence of approximately 30%, in areas of southern Upper Egypt and the Western Desert, extending light over areas of Greater Cairo and southern Lower Egypt, at intermittent intervals.

Meteorology added that the weather condition on Tuesday will witness moderate rain, which may be heavy and thundery at times, with an incidence of 50 to 70% on areas of the northern coasts and northern Lower Egypt, at intermittent intervals.

The authority explained that the weather for next Tuesday will witness light to moderate rain and sometimes thunderstorms with an incidence of 40 to 50% in areas of southern Lower Egypt, Greater Cairo, northern Upper Egypt, the canal cities, southern Sinai, and the Red Sea mountain ranges, at intermittent intervals.

She pointed out that there was wind activity in areas of Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern coasts, South Sinai and the country at intermittent periods.
