“Meteorology” spokesman reveals a surprise about Jeddah’s rains this year compared to the past forty years • Al-Marsad Newspaper

Al-Marsad Newspaper: The official spokesman for the National Center of Meteorology, Hussain Al-Qahtani, said that Jeddah’s rains this year were the highest in the amount of precipitation compared to the past forty years.

He added, during his intervention with Al-Ikhbariya channel: “There is a difference in the amount of rain in other regions,” noting that the feature of the Kingdom’s rains during this period is continuity, not abundance.

He pointed out that the center has direct contacts with the public and the concerned authorities, to deal with rain and take a walk in the natural environment.
