Metejoor has announced on his social media that he is canceling the last two concerts of his theater tour. He wants to take the time to “take steps towards the necessary peace and space”, he writes.
“I don’t feel so ‘big’ at the moment,” Metejoor tells his followers. “My team and I have decided to completely free up my agenda for two weeks in order to take steps towards the necessary peace and space.”
The 33-year-old singer, whose full name is Joris Van Rossem, postpones the remaining concerts of his theater tour until the autumn. The two concerts at the end of this week in the Capitole in Ghent will be rescheduled to Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 October. Last Thursday’s show in Roeselare, which was canceled a few hours before the start due to illness, will be resumed on Friday, October 25. Those who had tickets for those concerts will be notified.
“Apologies for the inconvenience,” the singer concludes. “But I hope to be back to normal soon so that we can enjoy a lot of concerts together again 100 percent.” ️
