Metalist 1925 Deputy General Director Denys Lutyuk, who previously worked in the Football Federation of Ukraine (the current name of the organization is UAF) Committee on the Status and Transfers of Football Players, said what he thinks about the negotiations between Donetsk Shakhtar and Italian Inter about the possible transfer of the Pitmen’s goalkeeper Anatoly Trubin, and about the financial details of this possible deal.
Anatoly Trubin
“I think that the 20 million euros that the club wants for Trubin is a lot. There is supply and demand. It’s not my words that a player is worth as much as they are willing to pay for it.
The main thing in this case is that there is a year left before the end of the contract, and Shakhtar has a risk of not getting anything at all.
I think Shakhtar is also evaluating who can be bought on the market for the money they want,” Lutyuk said.
