Argentine star Lionel Messi announced some time ago that the 2022 World Cup in Qatar will be the last World Cup of his football career.
But the opinion of the Argentine coach Lionel Scaloni is different. The Paris Saint-Germain player is believed to also play the 2026 World Cup in the United States, Mexico and Canada, according to French magazine “Once Mondial”.
Scaloni said in a statement: “The World Cup in Qatar could be the last, but I hope not. He feels happy on the pitch and makes the others happy.”
