Messi posted the photos on Instagram with the caption “Booyan deya” (good morning). The first image portrays him while he sleeps with a golden cup on his pillow. A photo of him leaning against a pillow with a cup next to his body and a photo of him having a drink while holding a cup were also posted.
The picture shared on Instagram was liked by more than a crore of people in two hours. Co-star Paulo Dybala was the first to comment on the photo. Dybala’s question is not a good morning. A royal welcome was given to Messi and his squad as they returned home on Tuesday morning after winning the soccer world championship. Coach Scoloni and his 26-member team landed at Buenos Aires’ Issa Airport at around 2:40am local time. After Messi and Scaloni stepped off the plane with crowns in hand, their teammates got off, and the airport area became a sea of excitement.
Thousands lined both sides of the road to greet the team as they began their journey through the capital with the cup. Argentina defeated France in a long game leading up to the shootout. Messi, who played throughout the tournament, was the winner of the team in the final.
