Messi, Haaland and Mbappe, nominated for The Best award

This Friday the candidates for the main categories of the awards were announced The Bestamong the nominees for best male soccer player are the Argentine Lionel Messithe Norwegian Erling Haaland and the Frenchman Kylian Mbappé

In the women’s branch, the players compete: Aitana Bonmatí, Jenni Hermoso, Salma Paralluelo, as well as Mapi León, from Barcelona; and Linda Caicedo, from Real Madrid.

In the women’s coaching branch there are:

Peter Gerhardsson, from the Swedish team; Jonatan Giráldez, from Barcelona; Tony Gustavsson, from the Australian team; Emma Hayes, from Chelsea; and Sarina Wiegman, from the English team.

Men’s trainer are: Xavi Hernández, from Barcelona; Pep Guardiola, from Manchester City; Simone Inzaghi, from Inter Milan; Ange Postecoglou, from his time at Glasgow Celtic; and Luciano Spalletti, from his time at Napoli.

The award ceremony will take place on Monday, January 15, 2024 in London, in the United Kingdom.
