MES issues order for compulsory pre-school education in Sofia – Education – Bulgaria – NOVA News

In the period from 5 to 31 May this year. the absences of the children, enrolled for compulsory pre-school education, in kindergartens and schools on the territory of the Sofia Municipality, to be admissible at the request of the parents, after written notification of the principal. This is stated in an order of the resigned Minister of Education and Science Krassimir Valchev, BTA reported.

6th and 11th graders return to classrooms on May 10th

The order of Minister Valchev was issued in connection with a meeting of the Temporary Operational Headquarters for Prevention and Risk Assessment to achieve maximum effectiveness in response to the spread of coronavirus and at the suggestion of the Mayor of Sofia Municipality Yordanka Fandakova.
