– The B2B market is changing rapidly and we want to take an active part in its digital transformation. The changes that have taken place in the B2C e-commerce market in recent years are now taking place in the B2B environment. That is why we have set ourselves the goal of supporting companies from this sector by providing them with a comprehensive tool combining transparency and ease of use with functionalities that significantly improve everyday work and allow you to optimize costs – says Przemysław Budkowski, CEO of merX.
Wholesale and retail trade on merX
How does merXu work? One company can represent many traders on the platform, the company can also upload its entire organizational structure to the website. Sellers add catalogs of offered products on merX, thanks to which buyers can search for products not only by name, but also by identification number (EAN) and according to specific parameters.
Goods can be purchased in bulk or individually, as well as through collective transactions or inquiries. Buyers can also inform what goods they need, and sellers can report to them themselves.
There is on the platform available messenger with the option of translating messages in real time into local languages of potential contractors. From the communicator level, it is also possible to negotiate prices and determine payment methods and settlement terms.
merXu ensures that each entity is verified at the registration stage to ensure maximum security for its users, including for international transactions.

MerXu platform is dedicated to companies from Central and Eastern Europe. – The local companies are competitively priced, professional and offer high-quality products. Each country has its own industrial characteristics, its own legal requirements, and therefore a diversified export and import policy. Thanks to the merXu platform, we facilitate effective trade – the export of goods with the highest sales potential and the import of products sought by companies – emphasizes Przemysław Budkowski.
– Although there are already marketplaces dedicated to B2B trade, such as Alibaba, they have some limitations. Importantly, merXu was established in our geographical region and is dedicated to companies from this part of Europe – we know the local conditions very well, we are aware of typical local challenges, we also see the enormous potential of the region and therefore we want to help entrepreneurs use and develop it – adds the head of merXu .
