In Deinze, the service center Heilig Hart and the vzw Veilige Thuis will merge. The two organizations provide support and care to people with intellectual disabilities.
Safe Home will merge into Sacred Heart and continue under that name. The two have worked together before, but now it will be one large organization that offers care to all age groups. The idea is that people can be supported by the organization throughout their lives, and different age groups also have different needs. The unified organization wants to provide the best possible answer to this. All employees keep their jobs.
