On December 29, the Union of Car Services announced that Mercedes-Benz stops support in Russia most of its service programs that were used to diagnose and tune the electronic systems of the brand’s cars. The organization noted that Mercedes is working on offline versions of applications, but at the moment such solutions do not work yet. In addition, representatives of the auto brand informed domestic servicemen that the shipment of spare parts from the company’s central warehouse was also temporarily suspended.
